Where do I even begin! I met Khat at a dance class right before the pandemic hit and I instantly felt her warmth and power. I didn't know it then, but she would become instrumental to my life.
Not too long ago, I started going through so many challenges and was losing my direction. I knew that I could no longer try to push through alone and that's when I reached out to Khat.
Khat gave me all the tools and asked all the right questions to allow me to reflect on myself and understand why I do what I do. I am pretty self aware in general, but never to this depth. What I loved the most is that I always felt safe and heard no matter how vulnerable I felt at times. Changing the mindset is hard work and Khat really made it easier.
The woman I am now is not the woman I was before I worked with Khat and I am forever grateful.

Before training with Kath, I never had an interest in exercising. Even when I tried going to the gym, I would go for a few days, but wouldn't find the motivation to keep going. I also didn't have any prior knowledge about nutrition. Kath is motivating, encouraging, and has an inspiring passion for health. From her previous career as a nurse, she has extensive knowledge around health and nutrition. She is patient, keeps her training fun, and allows you to go at your own pace while also challenging you to grow. She emphasizes the importance of mental and physical health, and includes self care and self reflection as a part of her training. Her holistic approach allowed me to understand how nutrition, physical exercise, and mental health work together to create an overall healthier lifestyle. After training with Kath for 7 months, I've learned so much about how to incorporate a healthy diet into my daily life, and I have seen a positive difference in the way that I view myself physically. Without her, I would not be the the confident woman I am today!
